مواردی که باید در قرارداد به آن توجه کرد

یک قرار داد ساخت درب و پنجره upvc شامل چندین بند میباشد، که باید مشتریان

عزیز هنگام عقد قرارداد با یک شرکت درب و پنجره سازی به آن توجه کنند.

1-مدت زمان تحویل پروژه

2-نوع پروفیل مصرفی: (حتما در قرار داد نوع پروفیل مصرفی و ضمانت های مربوطه قید شود ،  درضمن

درب و پنجره ها با لیبل سر پروژه آورده شوند.) داخل کلیه پروفیل ها باید گالوانیزه داشته باشد. (می توان با آهنربا کنترل کرد)

3-نوع شیشه: (شیشه فلوت 4*4شیشه6*4شیشه رفلکس ،ساده)قیمت شیشه ها با هم فرق میکند .

همچنین نوع شیشه برای نما بسیار مهم میباشد

4-نوع یرق آلات:نوع یراقی که میخواهید(تک حالته ،دوحالته؛کشویی،فولکس واگنی) محصول کدام کشور ذکر شود .

5-قیمت پروژه:در هنگام قرار داد قیمت کل پروژه با تعداد درب و پنجره که شامل (پروفیل ،یراق آلات ،شیشه، نصب ،

بعضا مالیات بر ارزش افزوده ،حمل ،)معلوم باشد.

6-نحوه پرداخت (معمولاً 50% پیش پرداخت ، 30% هنگام تحویل و 20% بعد ازنصب و تحویل نهایی می باشد)
