گالوانیزه

گالوانیزه جزء ویژگیهای ظاهری یک پنجره نمیباشد اما بسته به نوع پروفیل معمولا از گالوانیزه های 1.25 و 1.5در ساخت پنجره ها استفاده میکنند.

گالوانیزه به استحکام و قرص و محکم بودن پنجره کمک میکند.(به اصطلاح استخوان بندی کار می باشد)

متاسفانه دیده شده که برخی از کارخانجات در پنجره های خود از گالوانیزه استفاده نمیکنند و فقط در جاهایی که کانکتور و یا پیچ لولا بسته می شود استفاده می کنند در حالیکه درتمام قسمتها به جز در چند سانتی متری گوشه باید استفاده شود. (جهت تست این کار از آهنربا می توان استفاده کرد.)

اگر در ساخت درب و پنجره upvc از گالوانیزه استفاده نشود پنجره بعد از یک مدت خودش را ول میکند.
